I was disappointed to wait 45 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled 7:30am appointment that u had made for a routine service. Whereas prior service of this type took 90 minutes, this time it took longe for a scheduled 7:30am appointment that u had made for a routine service. It’s really the queue of 10 cars waiting for dropoff at 7:30 that I found irritating and different than my experience elsewhere (eg Albany Subaru) More

I appreciate having a local service where I can drop my car off for ongoing maintenance. I don’t know if this is no longer a service due to Covid however it would have been helpful to have a ride home and car off for ongoing maintenance.
