I spent 3 hours at Doxon and decided to put a $500 deposit down on a car that was supposed to arrive in October. About a month later, no updates. I call back the dealership and the car I put the deposit down for didn't exist. I had sold my car in anticipation of this car coming, and now I don't have a car to drive for MONTHS. I took my business elsewhere but I was told that the earliest they could get the car I originally wanted was not until December. Unbelievable service by Doxon. Never coming back and never recommending to my friends and family. More
I'd like to thank Doxon Toyota and Ken Thompson for a great experience. New cars are scarce right now and other dealers have of 2 to three thousand above manufacturers suggested retail. Not on the Venza mode were seeking, Ken very upfront about the shortage of inventory and when they would be actually receiving a car with the equipment my wife was seeking. Unfortunately that time line ended up being to long and bought a vehicle at another dealer. No problem Doxon made a refund of my deposit the same day I notified them, no questions, no hassle. If it had not been the longer wait time, which they had no control over, I would have purchased from them. I dealt with over five Toyota dealers in the area in my search and they were by far the best to deal and very competitive in the price. More

We have been searching for a new truck and were looking for a dealer that wasn't going above MSRP and that had something in stock or incoming. After searching numerous dealers with no luck I turned to my for a dealer that wasn't going above MSRP and that had something in stock or incoming. After searching numerous dealers with no luck I turned to my car club for advice. The name David Alenik came up numerous times. I've had dealings with Doxon for service, never sales. I didn't have a very positive opinion about their service department, but decided to reach out to David anyway. My initial phone call was to let him know what we were looking for. He had one pretty much identical to what we were looking for. We arrived at the dealer 2 hours before closing, inspected the truck and had everything signed within 2 hours. David knows his stuff. Think about that. He knows the ins and outs of a car deal. He knows his product and what accessories, both OEM and aftermarket, are available. Most other sales reps. seemed to know little about their product. David is also not the typical salesman. It's almost a negative to call him a salesman. He guides the process in a completely above board manor. Nothing hidden. David, Karl, and Aboubacar made the process as easy as it possibly could have been. As far as service goes, we'll see. I have high hopes and look forward to dealing with them in the future. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Leave the hype aside. There is usually a catch. Look up David Alenik. I truly believe you will find a go to person for life. More
I have 2 cars which are recommended changing front brakes immediately, when I brought them to another repair shop for replacing front brakes as recommended. After opening, they showed me , both of the brakes immediately, when I brought them to another repair shop for replacing front brakes as recommended. Service at Walmart is better. Brought my car in for an oil change, took over 2 hours to complete. Service advisor didn’t even go over the maintenance/service sheet after the car was done. The car wash was mediocre, my 9 year son washes car better. Don’t expect much here, sadly you should double-check their work before you leave. More
Took my car in for a tire pressure issue. They let me know they had found a nail in my driver side front tire and they were able to remove and refill the tire for me, and I was all good to go. Right when I got back in the car, my tire pressure light came back on. I got out and looked at the tire they had said they fixed and there was the nail I could see right in the middle of my tire. I ended up just going to Les Schwab instead to have them fix it instead. Disappointing. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Service takes several hours longer than they say it will take. Poor attitude, saw several of the sales staff and the 3 managers sitting in their office all not wearing mas hours longer than they say it will take. The crummy service and poor attitude fits the now crime ridden area of Auburn quite well, you should expect to wait several hours longer than you were told, and get an attitude from your service advisor that tells you they really hate their job. Waited in the showroom area for several hours and the impression I got is they all hate their jobs. I think I saw one person smile the entire time. All 3 managers in the office wouldn't make eye contact and had scowls on their uncovered faces. If you hate your job that much just quit seriously More
They don’t stand behind their work. I took my mom’s 2016 Camry to Doxon because the sunroof was leaking. They charged me $350 and said it was fixed. After the next rain, it was apparent they had not fixed it. When I took the car back, they told me that because the sunroof was not factory installed, they would be unable to proceed. They have refused to return any of the $350 they charged. The sunroof was installed by a company recommended by the dealership my mom purchased the car new from. Avoid this dealership at all cost.
