Had a timing chain done. Engine began to whine when I came to pick it up. Was told it was air in power steering and I should drive it for a couple of weeks. That didn’t work. They looked at it again and came to pick it up. Was told it was air in power steering and I should drive it for a couple of weeks. That didn’t work. They looked at it again and said it was the steering gearbox. That wasn’t it either. They didn’t tighten up the power steering pump fittings and ruined it. Dan Dralle said he did not actually do the work and that he was glad I finally got it fixed. Problem with this is Dralle caused the problem an additional $900. Bad experience. More

Whatever you do please avoid this dealership their service department and the management team their is extremely disrespectful. They have no care in the world for your time or customer service. Dan th service department and the management team their is extremely disrespectful. They have no care in the world for your time or customer service. Dan the service manager was extremely rude, disrespectful and called me a liar in front of other customers. They had my vehicles for 13 days for a simple fix and called me to the dealership twice before the car was ready. They also broke my cruise control in the process and had the audacity to make it seem like they gave me a good deal. In the market for a car now and I will never go back. More

Very Helpful I worked with Kevin B. over the phone after seeing a nice truck online and reading the reviews on here about the dealership. Kevin was awesome and str I worked with Kevin B. over the phone after seeing a nice truck online and reading the reviews on here about the dealership. Kevin was awesome and straight forward. He even went out and test drove the truck to left me know how it handled as it had a six inch lift on it. He did research on the lift as well. Overall, he was awesome to work with. However, we ended up not making the two hour drive as my wife didn't want a truck that big but I will be looking into what Dralle as to offer on my next purchase.
