Was pre approved and ready to buy. And couldn't get the sales person to get back to me. Run!!! More

Jason Gray was the sales associate I worked with and he was personable, open, and answered all of my questions. He and his sales manager (Paul) sat down and were willing to work with me on the price. My son took his car here friday. They did not address all the issues he told them about. He paid 100.00 per warranty and left engine light on. Took back and charged another 129.00. T They did not address all the issues he told them about. He paid 100.00 per warranty and left engine light on. Took back and charged another 129.00. The car no better now than the day he took it and the expensive warranty useless. This dealership crooked so beware. They ripped him off with the lowsy diagnostic service. More
We made an appointment to see a new Nissan Sentra, the next day we received a text confirming our appointment. We arranged and dropped off our kids @ a baby sitter. We drove our beloved 2005 Nissan Xterra next day we received a text confirming our appointment. We arranged and dropped off our kids @ a baby sitter. We drove our beloved 2005 Nissan Xterra to Dream Nissan, 30 miles, only to have a similar bait & switch situation happen where our appointment was no where to be found and we needed to sit down and fill in more information. After some confusion, the salesman nicely asked if we were interested instead with a Nissan Kicks. We said no and that's when the salesman revealed the Sentra we were hoping to look at was sold "last night" and we should make a $ deposit to see one! I haven't seen my wife this upset in a long time. We left. Never will go back again, made us question Nissan altogether. The test drive never happened and the dealer experience was a bad dream. More
They insisted we make an appointment to see a 2016 Camry. We did. When we got there & asked to see the car. They acted weird & made us sit at a desk. They scanned our driver's licenses & had us sign papers. We did. When we got there & asked to see the car. They acted weird & made us sit at a desk. They scanned our driver's licenses & had us sign papers. After about 30 minutes we were told the car was already sold. Total waste of time. They wanted to show us other cars. We did not want to see other cars. What a scam! More
