Dreyer & Reinbold BMW and MINI

Jerry was very patient and kind with us. We are not from Indy and we were a little timid about taking a test drive, but Jerry rode in the back seat taking us on the interstate, 4 lane roads, and 2 lane road Indy and we were a little timid about taking a test drive, but Jerry rode in the back seat taking us on the interstate, 4 lane roads, and 2 lane roads, so we could feel the performance of the MINI. When we got back to the dealership he worked with Bill and Chris to figure up the payment plan 3 different ways. He isn't PUSHY SALESMAN! We told him we would have to look at our finances and come back to him another day. We called him late in the afternoon on Friday and Jerry said he would meet us Saturday morning at 9am. It was very effortless on our part and turned a curiosity visit into a wonderful buying experience. We love the car, but most of all we love the staff. On Saturday we were introduced to just about everyone. Now we are looking forward to our 1st free car wash and a chance for my husband to purchase a MINI ball cap. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This has, hands down, been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a Mini because I was told they treat their customers well...that couldn't be further from the truth. I popped a tire and had to take my car in for service. Because there is no spare tire, I had to wait 2.5 hours for a tow truck to come get my car. After my car was serviced, I picked it up and noticed scratches on the door. When my husband called and told Alex, the service manager, we were told "sorry, mini's paint scratches easily." Two days later, the low tire light came on... I called the dealer to see what I should do. I was told it was probably fine and that it was just the change in the weather. A few hours later, my tire was completely flat and AGAIN had to wait for a tow. I again addressed the scratches on my car and was basically told "too bad." I filled out a survey and indicated that I would like someone to contact me regarding the poor service. I never heard from the general manager. I finally took it to corporate and have spoke to them 5 times - I am told, "we will contact dreyer & reinbold" and ask them to resolve this for you. I then hear nothing back from either corporate or Dreyer & Reinbold. I'm fed up and close to taking them to Small Claims Court for damaging my car. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. It will cause you more frustration than any car is worth. More

I just purchased my second Mini from this dealership. Jerry is my salesman and when I was picking up my clubman from service I was looking at a countryman in the showroom and I told Jerry I really liked Jerry is my salesman and when I was picking up my clubman from service I was looking at a countryman in the showroom and I told Jerry I really liked that car as it just might meet my needs. Jerry said he had a couple of great countrymans he could show me and we set up a time to test drive.......the car was running, warm and waiting for me when I arrived, needless to say I loved the countryman, handling, room, extra we just why I wa looking for. My husband is really sick and didnt feel well enough to come in the showroom to sign papers so they took everything out to him to sign, and didn't blink an eye! That is what I call service and dedication to their customers. I would highly recommend Dreyer Reinvold for BMW or Mini. More
