When I was looking for a new car this year, I decided to try a Mini Cooper S Clubman. I wasn't sure if this would be the perfect fit for my needs, but after working with Jennifer, I was sure! It wasn' t just a sale for her; she made sure that it was THE purchase for ME! When I stop by for the car wash, she always chats with me and asks how it is going.....I really appreciate the honest follow up. Chris was very helpful during the actual purchase. He took me through all of the financing parts carefully making sure that I was understanding everything. Thank you Dreyer-Reinbold for employing such great people!! More

From initially helping me place my order, based on a wide variety of options, Jennifer was there to answer all my questions and keep me posted on my car's status. She sent periodic emails to let me know where it was in the manufacturing process, the shipping across the Atlantic, and finally the delivery status. She was extremely customer service oriented and was incredibly helpful upon delivery with a lengthy orientation of the car and its controls and settings. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and would recommend Dreyer & Reinbold - specifically Jennifer - to anyone interested in a Mini. I can not imagine a better, more positive process! I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship there for service, as well! More

I had a terrible experience with Dreyer Reinboldt. My MINI overheated and I followed the directions in the Owner's Manual, in reference to my dash warning lights, to the letter. At first, Dreyer Reinbol MINI overheated and I followed the directions in the Owner's Manual, in reference to my dash warning lights, to the letter. At first, Dreyer Reinboldt was helpful since my MINI was under warranty according to manufacture date and mileage. For weeks they assured me, "No problem". Then they wanted me to pay first $700 and then over $2000 so they "could do their job". My MINI was there five (5) months, not repaired, and they were billing me. Finally, I had the MINI picked up on a flatbed and moved to Bloomington and paid, out of pocket, to have a new engine put in the car. Dreyer Reinboldt reinforced every negative stereotype "used car salesman". By the way, the MINI in question was purchased new from Dreyer Reinboldt. More
Service rep in question lied directly to my face about issue with my 330ci coupe, wrote email to dealer and BMWUSA concerning the level of customer service. The problem? I wanted the issue fixed. The service rep made a "business" decision that I wasn't "worthy" as a customer and told me a straight up lie to get me to leave the dealership without getting my issue fixed. A week later, no reply from the dealership nor BMWUSA. And this is supposed to be a 2011 Center of Excellence. Avoid at any cost. Issue in question was that the auto-dimming feature on the rear view mirror wasn't working. Service rep told me that there was no problem, the mirror doesn't dim. I asked him directly if he was sure you couldn't dim the mirror, he replied No, you can't. I left right after that. No sense in pushing a situation as ludicrous as that. I should've just pulled out the manual, flipped to the page about the rear view mirror and the auto-dim function and asked him if BMW lied when they wrote it. More
My husband has been leasing BMW's since 2000 - always going with Dreyer & Reinbold BMW. This particular dealership is almost 3 hour south of where we live - our closest BMW dealership is only 30 minutes going with Dreyer & Reinbold BMW. This particular dealership is almost 3 hour south of where we live - our closest BMW dealership is only 30 minutes from where we live. I always wondered why my husband would travel to Indianapolis for a car he could get (basically) in his back yard. When it came time to look for a new car for myself, I decided to trade in my ML350 for a new 2011 BMW 328i. Dreyer & Reinbold went above and beyond helping me get the exact car I wanted - never once did they didn't try to get me to take a car off of their lot that had "some of the things" I wanted, rather listened to what I wanted and ordered it. They kept me up to date with the ordering process and made the pick up really easy - our salesman Kevin even came in on a Friday (normally his day off) to do the paperwork because that's what fit into our schedule better. Since then, they have been there to answer any questions we have. They also go above and beyond in the service department - our local BMW dealership is, in my opinion, not up to BMW standards, almost impossible to work with and both their sales and service team are arrogant and rude. Dreyer & Reinbold however is awesome and from now on will drive north almost 3 hours, pick up my car, leave me a new car to drive while they service my car in Indy, and then bring my car back to me. THAT is benchmark-quality customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Dreyer & Reinbold! More
