The service departments lacks knowledge for proper repairs and uses aftermarket parts in place of OEM and increases the amount of return visits by doing so. Have had to return to fix my catalytic conv repairs and uses aftermarket parts in place of OEM and increases the amount of return visits by doing so. Have had to return to fix my catalytic converter issue multiple times and left most recently with an exhaust leak that poses a health concern by allowing fumes into the cabin, and the company refuses to accept responsibility and wants to me to pay $1k to fix it correctly or they won’t repair the damages they did. More
