The original sales person and finance person I talked to were not available the day a came back to purchase my vehicle. All I had to do was pay and sign papers so I could go home. I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. They decided to literally help everyone else in the store before giving me anything else to sign. I stress again, I had an appointment scheduled. I never even saw anyone from finance until it was time to hand over the money. They had to be reminded several times about things like, I owed them money for making an extra set of keys, that we had already put cash down to hold the vehicle and it was to be applied to our cash down, and that I need to plates off my trade in. They took 2 hours to take money and sign papers then sent us home (after dark)and I found out the headlights weren't working and had to go straight to a parts store to buy new bulbs. We were at the dealership till closing so they left before I realized the lights weren't working and I couldn't go back. I am so xxxxxx at this whole experience. More

I came in for a vehicle that was listed at a very good price. When I came in to buy the vehicle I didn’t even negotiate on the price, but I didn’t want a service warranty contract. I was told that I could price. When I came in to buy the vehicle I didn’t even negotiate on the price, but I didn’t want a service warranty contract. I was told that I could not buy the vehicle if I did not buy a service warranty contract with the vehicle and the lowest they would go on the service warranty. Contract price was $2999. The sales manager came and notified me of this so I asked to speak to his manager because it’s not legal to make a service contract warranty mandatory. He said he was the head manager, and I found out that he was not. Due to deceptive pricing, sales, and a lack of integrity from the sales department I decided to not move forward with the purchase. I recommend that the dealership not list vehicle vehicles for prices that they’re not willing to sell them for just to bait customers in for sales. The Lead sales manager said that he was part of the family of the owner of the company, in order to encourage me to not reach out to the owner and let him know of the sales practices I encountered. My sales agent Miguel, did the best he could but was under very poor management, and given the pressure that he’s put under to engage in these deceptive practices that leadership is obviously pressuring him to engage in I feel he did a wonderful job under the circumstances. My mechanic talked to Austin and according to Austin the lid on coolant tank was loose and the coolant tank was really low, they had to add a gallon of coolant. That is all that was done besides run the diagnostics and clear the check engine and any other codes. When I picked it up, Miguel collected the diagnostic/deductible which I argued that I should have to pay as, Driven N Motion's shop is the only shop that worked on the vehicle. However he said they just topped everything off including the dirty oil with clean oil, rather than offering an oil change. Plus why was the oil so dirty? I didn't pick this vehicle and honestly it rides extremely rough. I give rides for Uber for a living and did the same for Lyft when I purchased the vehicle. I purchased the 2017 Rogue Sport at the Thornton location and felt like I was forced into buying it, with the sales lady and manager knew I was looking for a vehicle to give rides. The detail of the vehicle was horrible. I had to clean many items, one of which was on the steering wheel. Poor service from beginning to present. Also the cruise control does not work properly. More
