He had explain the unique situation about this vehicle. He was very professional and friendly. That being said, the fact they were transparent upfront, it gave me a good feeling about it. Drive a Dream had over 50+ photos of this vehicle. Again, whatever question I had Rich my sales guy answered via email and text. I was still hesitant since this was the first time I was considering buying a car without seeing it or driving it. Luckily, my brother happen to be in the area for work and at the last minute was available to test drive the vehicle. I contacted Rich literally 20 mins before my brother was schedule to arrive at the dealer and he responded quickly and said no problem I will make sure I’m here and he drives it. My brother arrived, as they did a walk through around the vehicle, Rich my sales guy pointed out one scratch on the hood. He quickly said, it will be buffed out. This is a used vehicle, so there might be a few imperfections. Nonetheless, my brother took the vehicle for a test drive. My brother reassured me the vehicle was in great condition, just as Rich had. Again, buying a vehicle online is a first for me. I decided I want the car that Saturday afternoon and the process starts. I gave the security deposit which was signed via DocuSign. I like that because it’s secure and I felt comfortable providing my payment info. That same day (Saturday) the bill of sale, affidavits, etc... were mailed out via UPS. Tuesday morning the documents arrived, I took the bill of sale and odometer reading to get notarized (the dealer and bank needed proof of signature) at the UPS ($5 pp) and used the return shipping label provided by Drive a Dream to mail off everything same day. The documents arrived Wednesday afternoon and were forward to my bank to process the loan and funds transfer (payment to the dealer). That same afternoon the transportation contract (first 500 miles is paid by the dealer. how awesome is that?) was setup and the vehicle was picked up Thursday. I received my vehicle on Friday around noon. Yay! During this entire process both Rich and Arian were amazing. I had so many questions, really I did. Question like is the owners manual in the car, to titling questions. I found out my sales guy got hospitalize for a couple of days and he was still answering all my questions. Again, the online vehicle shopping is new and I was definitely “overthinking” things but it all worked out. It was pretty seamless. Thank you Rich, you were very professional, a true gentleman and a Rock Star in my book. Also, thank you to Arian for answering all my questions. My situation was a little unique. Excellent customer service and experience overall. I would definitely buy from Rich and Drive a Dream again and not worry about having it test driven. Only complaint which is not a complaint. I wish they had a license plate holder that said “Drive a Dream” or something catchy phrase. ;) More

As a woman purchasing a vehicle alone, I was skeptical about everything and wanted to ensure I wasn't being scammed by a group of salesman just wanting to make a sale. They were available to me at all hours of the evening to answer any question I may have had. They were very transparent about everything and gave honest answers.
