Less then satisfactory We are extremely bummed. We wanted to purchase a vehicles test drove a few and it just wasnt what we were looking for. They kept trying to push a ford We are extremely bummed. We wanted to purchase a vehicles test drove a few and it just wasnt what we were looking for. They kept trying to push a ford in which we arent huge fans. We found a Mazda we liked and we were told it they would get a new key fob or alternator saturday and send it to weld county garage. We called tp find put what was going on and couldn't get an answer. Went in and signed paper work to be told it would be done 1st thing Monday. Called to get an update twice. No phone call back so had to the dealership to get answer. It won't be fixed until tomorrow morning. We are big on customer service would have loved to just get a call and get an update rather than us calling to get no answer and to only get an answer by stopping by. Now we are worried with 2 special needs kids who have alot of emergencies come up on how long it will take them to fix the vehicle and how long we will be without a car. We have yet to even take it home or drive it and now we dont even want it. More
