We're so sorry you had to wait a long time! Doing the online credit application ahead of time can definitely expedite the process, and we suggest doing that to save time spent in the dealership. However, in this situation, the credit application was done after hours. We opened at 1pm on Sunday, and the credit application was given to our finance department at 1:08pm. Sundays can be extremely busy. We sincerely apologize that your visit was longer than it should've been. We're continually reviewing new technology and products to speed up the transaction.
