He sent me pics of a car and I drove 1.5 hours that same day to see it. He had the car waiting for me out front to test drive. It was for my daughter and it was a perfect fit. We did the deal in 20 minutes and the Chris offered to drive it for me all the way to My house that night (1.5 hours). It was a great experience and I will buymy next child’s car from Chris for sure. Great Sales Person, Great Price (With Somewhat of a Catch) Our salesman, Adam Negron was fantastic. He was eager to help with every need we had during our trip to the showroom. Our van was available to drive as soon as I walked through the door. While our experience with the sales staff was incredible, we did have a couple of issues with the vehicle once we drove it for a few days. While their internet Customer Care team was relentless for a few days, emailing me numerous times asking how my experience was, only to ignore me when I replied stating that we may have mechanical issues with the vehicle. Within two weeks of owning the Odyssey, we have already had the Master Cylinder replaced and the transmission serviced. We are still under factory warranty, so it wasn't a huge deal, except for the fact that I feel that someone at Drivers Way knew of the issues before the van was sold. We found the original window sticker in the center console where the original asking price was $2000 more than what the sticker had on it when we bought the vehicle. The van wasn't on the lot for very long, and we saw where only a handful of people had inquired about it, so it just seems a little weird that they would have discounted the vehicle that much for no reason. Conspiracy theory? Probably, but oh well. The van now runs as it should, so that's all that really matters. Bottom line, I still recommend Drivers way, and I'll gladly shop with them in the future. More

We had only signed papers, but had no copies of those papers, had not paid any money for the car, and had not yet taken possession of the car. Driver's Way allowed us to back out of the agreement and Eddie, in particular, really impressed us with his customer service. I will certainly return for our next car purchase and encourage our friends to visit Driver's Way. More
