The service after the sale made up for initial purchase Visited on a day with no intentions to buy anything at all. Found a Lexus I have always wanted at a slightly higher price. Being it was Driver's Way I Visited on a day with no intentions to buy anything at all. Found a Lexus I have always wanted at a slightly higher price. Being it was Driver's Way I thought it was a nice car. Initially worked with Grant and had excellent communication until the day I bought the car. He was off work that day and that is where Chris stepped in and sold me the car and finished the paperwork. He was professional and finished up a sale he likely received no credit for. After the sale there was no communication nor a thank you for the purchase. Grant never said anything else after he knew I was purchasing the car. He is a good guy from my limited perspective but that is a major issue for me as I am in sales as well. After the sale there were 2 major items that management took care of without any issues. Don in service took great care of it and me. Due to the awesome manager response regarding the car issues and it was of no cost to me to fix it all, I am happy I chose Driver's Way. More
