Mark and Anthony helped put the deal together and were very responsive to my questions. Most Personable Shopping Experience Ever Honestly when I went to Driver's Way, I planned to just float around the lot to get an idea of what I might want but had in no way planned to purchase Honestly when I went to Driver's Way, I planned to just float around the lot to get an idea of what I might want but had in no way planned to purchase a vehicle that day. Chad greeted me at the door, asked a little about what I was looking for and then put me completely at ease. His casual dress and demeanor made me feel like I was with a good friend. I sipped coffee while he surfed the inventory and prepared our actual path through the lot! He had listened to my needs so closely that as we checked out each car, he would climb into the backseat and sit "Indian style" as my son would, so I could get an idea of how well it would accommodate my son's special needs (thank goodness he had jeans on!). After physically touring each vehicle, I was down to 2 vehicles. When I test drove the Subaru, my choice was made. As I mentioned earlier I had not been prepared to purchase, but Chad started all of the paperwork and made an appointment so that I could return the next day with my Title and down-payment, sign a few places and then drive my freshly detailed car to its new home! Even after my purchase, I had questions about some of the gadgets. I called Chad and he explained immediately! He seemed to know each car we looked at so well. I would highly recommend Driver's Way to all of my friends. Forget shopping online in your pj's. This was a fun day with a new friend and experiencing each of the cars BEFORE I invested. Definitely the way to go! More
