Sales Associate, Bill Crump was very knowledgable and courteous. I love knowing what I'm going to pay before walking on the lot. Selection was great and I got just what I'd been looking for. Made it clear first thing that I wasn't interested, but it was mentioned several times, and I still had to tell them to take it off the bill of sale. Went through the same thing last time. As a woman, it’s easy for mechanics or service dept to try & rip you off but I NEVER feel that way when I take my vehicle to have it serviced here. If Joe or Don say I need to have something done or repaired, it needs to be done. Both of them always explain what the repair is & why it needs to be done so that I & my husband feel totally comfortable w/the service repair. The fact that we would be bringing our current vehicle to this DriversWay for service definitely influenced our decision to buy from DriversWay. Joe & Don are both a very valuable commodity to this company… service men you can TRUST! Highly, highly Recommend! More
