I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and this experience was the worst. The car is great but the overall experience sucks. I called to inquire about a vehicle, drove 2 hours to the dealership, an experience was the worst. The car is great but the overall experience sucks. I called to inquire about a vehicle, drove 2 hours to the dealership, and found out that the car was not on the lot. After several days of communication, I was informed that the car was being detailed. To say the least, the car was not detailed. I'm not satisfied with the experience. Some accomodations were given to me prior to the discovery of the fairly clean car but this was only because I expressed my prior purchase history and was willing to place a deposit on the vehicle that was not on the car lot.
