It was a good experience , the only think that could have made it better if the Air Bag issue could have been handle as well vs taking it to a dealership for this. I had a great experience buying from Drivers Way! I am extremely picky and had a lot of questions about the used vehicle I purchased (2001 Toyota Tundra 4WD). The staff answered every question I had. They went above and beyond and sent extra requested pictures of the the undercarriage of the vehicle since I was buying from out of state. Thank you Marshall! Salesman 'Mike' blew the rating. Mix up brought the wrong car over from 280 after we waited over lunch and into the afternoon. We went over to 280 ourselves, met up with Kirk, he showed us what we needed and car over from 280 after we waited over lunch and into the afternoon. We went over to 280 ourselves, met up with Kirk, he showed us what we needed and we bought the car. Happy with Kirk at 280. Mike at Pelham..... not so much. More
