Paperwork wasn’t really gone over very well. They automatically added on an extended warranty..which I probably would have gotten, but I was not offered or explained different options for that. More

Your Sales Associate apologizes if anything was not explained extensively enough for you. However, we do see where the extended warranty was spoken about via email with the Internet Department as well as by the Sales Manager with whom you spoke. Without going into detail about your rate and payment range publicly, one of those emails specifically states..."depending on whether or not you get an extended service plan..." in reference to your particular payment range. Your extended warranty was never "automatically" included because you sign multiple documents stating you are making that added purchase. We are happy to cancel that for you if you prefer.
