I'm very sorry that you felt that I was not helpful or did not come across as nice to you the day that you came into Driver's Way to pick up your son's vehicle. I totally understand your frustration at having to wait on paperwork to be printed when you had been given the impression that it was going to be ready when you arrived, especially on a day as important as your son's 16th birthday. I have kids myself so I totally understand. I was very sincere that day when I offered you a detailing for your vehicle since we dropped the ball and did not have the 4Runner cleaned to your liking before you arrived like you had been promised. That offer still stands since the two Sales Associates that were there that cleaned it for you were not able to clean it sufficiently for you. If you want to take it somewhere near you and send us a receipt (and also one for a battery for the remote), I will be more than happy to have Driver's Way reimburse you for it. It’s not that it wasn’t cleaned to my liking. It’s that it wasn’t cleaned inside at all. I very much appreciate the sales associate vacuuming the dirt and grass out of the carpet before I left but again- it wasn’t what was discussed. If you’ll provide an email I’ll be happy to provide you the detail information and amend my review to show that the issue was resolved by you guys. Again- the actual buying experience with Ryan was great. Just the condition of the car was not.
