Selection was great, exactly what we were looking for. Sales person was helpful in showing us the vehicles. We were not financing, so we thought the process would be a little quicker. There was no explanation of what was going on after we decided which car to purchase. I hope the delay was for a final detailing of the car and to fill with gas. Electronic signing did not take long, but our sales rep kept leaving her office to apparently deal with other customers. Since I did not know what was going on, it was annoying. Had there been an explanation I would have understood, but I was willing to walk down the the business office and take care of the financial side without her if it would have helped. I don't know if it would have or not. We drove 3.5 hours to get there, buy the car and drive back 3.5 hours, so I was getting anxious as I waited. Overall, experience was fine, just felt in the dark as to why it took so long with no financing or tag transfers. More
