I am so amazed by the fantastic treatment that I received from Joe in the service department. He was so courteous and attentive. I felt like I was his most important customer and I actually got his card and from Joe in the service department. He was so courteous and attentive. Joe went above and bed for me and I suspect that he does so with his easy smile and calm manner with all of your happy customers. Most places once the sale is done then you are just a person or a hassle to deal with, but not with Joe. He seems delighted to help you in any way. I know that I had a problem and still do sadly with the doors of my jeep not shutting and then saying DOOR AJAR but he took care of all my others concerns. I am from Birmingham but have lived in New York for 34 years and never have I had such wonderful customer service. He is a treasure. More
