I was equally pleased with the service from Mr. Don Amick, who is working to replace the faulty trunk lock. My only disappointment was the limited trade-in value of $500 awarded for my damaged Cadillac, inasmuch as my recent replacement of all four tires had set me back for just about that exact amount. I had not made this known, however, to your appraisers, so I have to blame myself. More
