A few cons but overall happy with the car purchase! There was a mess up on the paper work, we waites over 3 hours for our car due to improper communication. It also felt the dealer ship didn't really want to deal with us, they didn't ask us many questions, just gave us the papers to sign and told us nothing. Rachel was amazing over the phone and dealing with which car and all the documents (other than misspelling my last name). We could have gotten the car in a single day! (I forgot to respond to an email which made it take longer) More
