The first time I was lied to by the agent and my refund was held hostage, basically until employee that actually care about customer satisfaction stepped in. But I thought I’d give them a second chance and it was an isolated incident possibly but the second time everything with them went well until the very end the car that I purchased did not work I did all the paperwork with driveway sent the money as requested but when the deal was canceled, because the vehicle didn’t work, I felt like I was left to figure it out myself which I pretty much did. That one employee did try to help out and said he would keep watch on it but several days went by and I got no response back from him when he finally did respond I already got my refund back by constantly calling the dealership and he explained he had other obligations, which was OK, but it would’ve been nice to know before I was left for several days. Your experience with them may be completely different, but I tried twice and there’s no going back for me. More
This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle from. They photo shop pictures to make vehicle look good. My truck was Rusty, no back brakes, Windshield leaked wasn't detailed, . I couldn't drive it for 2 months waiting on repairs and paperwork. I told them within 7 days I wanted to return it, they put me off. So I got stuck with it. Over $7900 for a truck that won't pass Pa inspection. Plus so many people talked to me, I didn't know who was who. Some was pretty rude. They are to deliver to your driveway, Noone, I had to go get mine. They even went past my house. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!! More

Mailed the paperwork back the same day it came in and my car was delivered a day or two later! More

I was all but fed up with Driveway. The agent I was working with had mis informed me on several occasions to the point where when he said anything I just didn’t believe him. He told me my car was delivered to a center in my home town and it would take 1-2 days for inspections, come to find out it was delivered 2 hours away from my home, a week went by and I began to get worried that something was really wrong with the car because it doesn’t take a week to get it inspected. Agent told me they had to do a full detail…. I said fine, but that isn’t part of the inspections for NYS. Another couple of days and I finally get it…. Unfortunately un inspected. The delivery driver told me that it wasn’t inspected at all Since it was in his position. Enter Miss Amber K. I was ready to send the car back. No inspection, no plates, no registration….no idea when I would be able to get them. So I’m pretty ticked off at this point until I get a text from amber…”plates are on the way!!!” I was over joyed. I have no idea what or how she managed to take a process that Inwas told would take 2-4 weeks and get it done for me but she did! Amber, I can’t thank you enough. I appreciate you! More

No! !!!!!! Run and never buy a car here. It has been nothing but a huge headache. From incompetence throughout the whole paperwork process, delivery at my !!!!!! Run and never buy a car here. From incompetence throughout the whole paperwork process, delivery at my house with no notification, no temp tags, no spare key, STILL have no tags almost 60 days later. Have owned car for less than 2 months and have needed to bring it to shop twice. Was literally driving with a car that had the front assist go out while I was driving and cause a dangerous situation. 60 day warranty covers NOTHING. This is been one of my biggest regrets dealing with this horrible company. RUN!!!!!!! More
