This dealership doesn’t commute at all. Very hard to get a straight answer period. They never return phone calls, text messages, or even emails. My vehicle I purchased took over a month to get to me, I was told that I would receive the vehicle I purchased in a week. Then the vehicle I got had all kinds of problems with it and had to wait another two weeks for the dealership it was sent to for them to fix it. The driveway representative I finally ended up with did communicate with me but it was like pulling teeth to get a response. I was passed around by driveway like a cheap date. I spoke to seven different driveway people until I got some progress. Then driveway did not communicate with the hub that the truck was sent to. Now I’m not getting any response from driveway (the person I dealt with) about reimbursement for the rental car I had to have for six weeks, a spare tire, and truck payments that I was told that he’d pay for the delays in getting my vehicle. Plus, the dealership I bought this truck from also promised me that they would take some of the sticker price off the truck for the condition it was sent out to me in. Yet they won’t answer or return a call. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and will not recommend or use driveway again unless there is some serious compensation in the purchasing process. More
