I had a really good experience working with Driveway, especially with Savannah. She handled most of the back and forth, followed up consistently, listened to what we were actually looking for, and helped especially with Savannah. We had some pretty specific requirements around price, mileage, AWD, captain’s chairs, a tow package, and pickup vs. delivery, and she stayed helpful and responsive throughout the process. Parker was also great when it came time to review the financing, GAP coverage, taxes and fees, return policy, and next steps. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was upfront about what still needed to be verified. Overall, the process felt much more transparent and low-pressure than a typical car-buying experience.
