The dealership Driveway got the car from actually gave Driveway inaccurate information about the car's ability to produce heat and on delivery, this was discovered. Driveway handled it IMMEDIATELY and got us into the shop and had it fixed by the next day. They overnighted me a check for the work the car needed. A huge shout out to Corey with the Driveway team and Kasandra in the post-delivery satisfaction team for making this a smooth and easy process. 10/10 recommend and would use them again. More

Communication was very unclear and inconsistent. I didn’t have a dedicated person, so my Point of contact kept changing, Email correspondence was to a generic inbox - never surre who was responding I didn’t have a dedicated person, so my Point of contact kept changing, Email correspondence was to a generic inbox - never surre who was responding and whether or not anyone actually was reading my questions / requests. I had to ask the same question 3 or 4 times before anyone even answered. The offer price to buy my car was competitive, but haven’t decided if it was worth the hassle of dealing with the poor customer service. More
