Driveway is hands down the best way to purchase or sell a vehicle. I have worked with them 4 times over the years and the process has always been so smooth that I don't ever see myself purchasing a car from vehicle. Leisha was the representative that helped me and she was amazing. When it comes to making a big purchase like a vehicle, you expect great customer service and Leisha does exactly that. I NEVER felt like I had to be constantly reaching out because I was lost in the process or like I felt that I wasn't getting helped as much as I should have. She was quick to respond, attentive, and always friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone as if she had more important sales.
