This was my first time buying a car online and from a different state. There were definitely some hiccups. And there definitely worth some issues. Because I rely on photos, since I can’t see the car, it was challenging to get additional photos that showed specific areas of damage. Since the people you’re buying the car from aren’t on the actual lot with the car, that definitely adds a layer of complexity. I’d read reviews about the temporary plates not getting to the customer on time, was not an issue for us. They were very good about overnighting things to me , so that I got paperwork in a timely manner. There were definitely some standouts that were great to work with. Jessica Romanco in the finance area was amazing and very responsive. Ken Myers in the transport area was also great and very responsive as well. Overall, the experience has been a positive one. I’ll know more when the car arrives and I get to see it. More
