I am not impressed with this company or the vehicle selection available, the people I had been in touch with are polite but frankly inept, the follow up is either lacking or not convenient. Lack of knowledge by the team handling my purchase. If I knew from the start I would have to take three days off work to get documents in order, I would have went to a local dealer instead. Was not told until after $500 deposit that I would be overnighted documents that needed a wet signature and to be notarized. Day one off work to go to bank to get documents notarized. Wire transfer was what I wanted to do, but my rep said, “We prefer cashier’s check. If you do a wire, we need to schedule a time with you, your bank and Driveway to do the wire.” Day two off work to get cashier’s check. Then drove to UPS to drop documents off. Car delivered Thursday November 16th. Was told the paperwork handed to me upon delivery was all I needed to go to my DMV (Secretary of State) to get a temp plate…… Can’t do anything without a title in Michigan. I wasted a trip to Secretary of State. Day three off work. I’m left with a vehicle I cannot drive. Where is my title? I paid for the car in full over a week ago. I won’t even get to test the car during the seven day return period. More
