Update: After moving on with no deal I was contacted by customer service Dana who apologized and said that after reviewing my case and seeing how bad it was handled she reached out to a manager and explained the issues. They honored the original trade in price and provided me with 2 gift cards for the mishandling. The car was picked up within a week and I was pad 2 days later. Car was paid off in week and half. If this was how it was handled the first time I would say this was great service instead of a great recovery effort by 1 CSA who cared.

You have done nothing but lie to me from the beginning, so dont think your apologies mean anything. You didn't even deliver the truck to my driveway. As far as the trade in title, i told one of your employees, i wanted mt Jeep back within 7 days. As far as you paying for rental and repairs, Why shouldn't you? You are the ones that sold me the piece of rusty junk !! Then to offer me $1800 for it because of year and mileage? It has maybe 1000 miles more than when i bought it. I paid $7995. Driveway RIPPED ME OFF !!! There's no denying it.

Did you forget, or were you even working for Driveway when i went the first 2months after a week of getting the truck of not being able to drive it ? So many people got involved with my problems with the tru k and me wanting to return it, Nobody k ew for sure what was going on. But yet, i was treated with disrespect and called a liar. Never will i have a good thing to say about Driveway, because of the way i was treated and the piece of crap they sold me. Heck no, they wouldn't take it back, it was a rusty old piece of crap. The photoshopped picture sold it once, it wouldn't do it again. All i want is my $1700 down-payment back and you take the truck back a nd clear my name from the loan. You can give me money for my Jeep Grand Cherokee i traded in .

Once again Driveway refuses to do anything because they know i am right about this whole matter. This is what happened before and they stuck me with a truck that had issues and they knew about. So, hold on, i will get back to you, (when your time runs out) must be their real logo. Just give me what i have asked for, for the last year and i will stop telling how bad your company is. Even though its the truth !

You have upset me so much. You try to act like you are good people to every person and you know thats not the truth, thats probably why a lot of the people I dealut with over this truck dont work there any more. Just give me my $1700 down payment and $1000 for the hassles you have caused me and i will stop telling people how much you lied to me. I still have the picture of the photoshopped picture of the truck you sold me and pictures of the real truck i got. That started your lies.
