Regardless of diligence done on customer end by having paperwork signed notarized and reshipped in 3 days, Driveway does not have the same diligence . Hayden was amazing - he kept me updated and checked in with me throughout the process. Everyone I spoke to provided excellent service from Precious, who handled my documents to Jonathan, who kept me updated on each step on the transport side and Enrique, who delivered the vehicle in perfect condition and right on time. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again! More
