First time I bought a vehicle online. The communication from Jessica was fast, however, she gave me incorrect information regarding delivery. I wasted a whole day waiting for the vehicle The communication from Jessica was fast, however, she gave me incorrect information regarding delivery. I wasted a whole day waiting for the vehicle on the day she said it was to be delivered. Turns out the vehicle had not been picked up until the day she said it was going to be delivered. I had to contact the dealership to find out when the ETA was for the delivery and was told the vehicle was just now being picked up (day of promised delivery). Very frustrating. Also, the title was sent in one package (UPS overnight) and arrived as promised. The other documentation was sent in a separate package (UPS overnight), but did not arrive when it should have. Jessica emailed me those documents. It seems that you could email any type of documentation like that instead of sending two separate packages (I understand the Title having to be sent by UPS). All in all the process was just okay. More
