I am a very picky shopper so suffice it to say it took me many, many months of looking online and in town before I finally found my vehicle at Driveway.com. When I nervously contacted Driveway, Jorda took me many, many months of looking online and in town before I finally found my vehicle at Driveway.com. When I nervously contacted Driveway, Jordan got the process started and Eli smoothed out all of the kinks and made sure that everything was in place for me and that any small concerns were heard and handled. Billy at Acertus was very helpful with Delivery. Some customers experienced delays in receiving the title, but my title arrived 3 weeks later, which was sooner than I expected. I am elated that I didn't get in my own way and let fear of the unknown stop me from making the best decision ever. My vehicle is beautiful and is practically a new used vehicle. It had low miles, a limited warranty, and costed less than the local dealership that I thought was a bargain. So um yes, I am through the roof happy! Thank you Eli for setting the standard for how customers should be treated and for how we should feel after the process is completed. I feel ecstatic and proud of my beautiful, beautiful ride!!! Sellers (and probably buyers, too) beware! This company promises to immediately deposit the funds for your purchased vehicle into your bank account when they receive a picture of your vehicle This company promises to immediately deposit the funds for your purchased vehicle into your bank account when they receive a picture of your vehicle loaded on the trailer. Sadly, that isn't the case. You won't get your money, any semblance of proof that a deposit was even attempted, and some pretty xxxx-poor excuses about how it's the banks fault (yet they keep doing business with said bank). My next step is pursuing legal action for a company promising to purchase my vehicle and not delivering a payment. More

After a rough start with some issues getting my car to me in a timely manner I drove to pick it up. I was reimbursed my delivery charge rather quickly and worked with customer service to get broken air vents in a timely manner I drove to pick it up. Eli worked quickly to get the cost of the parts and installation covered. Phillip also really went above and beyond to get everything settled with the initial issues I was facing. Hopefully my car lasts me forever, but if it doesn't is consider using them again. More

I found a used vehicle on their website on February 4, 2023 and immediately reach out to customer service at their toll free number. Before I purchased the vehicle I expressed my concerns over the reviews about people constantly complaining about not receiving a license plate for the car and temp tag expiring.The gentleman told me so k over the reviews about people constantly complaining about not receiving a license plate for the car and temp tag expiring.The gentleman told me so kindly “don’t worry you won’t run into that issue ,people with good experiences typically don’t leave reviews” Then the vehicle was delivered and I expressed concerns over the temp tags again and was told “if you don’t receive your license plate by the expiration date we’ll just issue you a new one”. Throughout this process I’ve had to have paper filled out and notarized multiple times which is not discussed prior to signing up which has been a huge inconvenience and today my temp tag expires and I am now being told I can not be issued a new temp tag I have to wait for the dmv to send it whenever they do.I was also told “you can drive the vehicle if you get any tickets just pay them and we’ll reimburse you” smfh this has been a nightmare please trust your gut when you see all the bad reviews .
