Buyer Beware. Having a busy schedule, purchasing a vehicle online was enticing to me, and I wanted to try Driveway. My journey to buying the vehicle started on Ja Having a busy schedule, purchasing a vehicle online was enticing to me, and I wanted to try Driveway. My journey to buying the vehicle started on January 2nd, and due to Driveway dropping the ball and various problems on their end, three deals fell apart. Since Driveway had my deposit and downpayment, I gave them one more try, and the deal went through this time. I finally received my vehicle on Feb 14th, with damage to the car's body and no license tags. I am out an additional $4,000 for the body repair and temporary tags, and I hope they follow through with registering the car with the state. Expensive lessons were learned throughout this process. I am sure they will be a great company once they figure out what they are doing. More
