Everyone I spoke with was very professional and processed the sale of the 2022 Flight Blue Lincoln Nautilus Reserve SUV with no issues whatsoever. When the car was shipped, I was told that it would be inspected, all fluids would be topped off and it would be detailed before delivery. To my surprise, the vehicle was driven approximately 100 miles to my residence. I was given only one key fob. The auto start wasn't working, rear lift did not respond, dealer sticker in rear right passenger window showed "As is-No dealer warranty ". Upon test drive, I found pet hair and coffee stains on the seats and inside cup holders. Drove it about 2 miles, returned home and parked it in the driveway until it's to be picked up. My wife and I were truly disappointed with such poor customer service provided by the team that was responsible for preparing the vehicle for delivery. There's zero chance that I would consider keeping the vehicle. More

I truly wish I could give zero stars or negative. This experience was the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I had issues every single step of the way. From lack of communication regarding delivery (they notified me 4 hours before it would arrive) to issues with the actual delivery. The delivery driver left my car in the parking lot WITH THE KEYS ON THE TIRE. He did not knock on my door or notify me that the car arrived, there was no walk through, I did not sign any papers releasing the car - absolutely nothing. They are lucky the car was not stolen. Issues with the power of attorney, having to send it 3 different times because of their poor communication. Issues with the car it’s self not driving correctly. I had to immediately spend money trying to fix the car. I asked for a supervisor to call me 5 times before someone finally did. And even when I spoke with a supervisor to explain how unhappy and dissatisfied I was, all I got was “well they should have done…” complete lack of ownership, accountability and follow through. My tags were delayed and did not receive them until after my temps were expired. I was promised a measly $150 gift card to “compensate” my horrible experience which of course I never even received. Throughout this process I spoke with probably 7 or 8 different individuals. It’s clear that no one actually cares about the customer in any way. Driveway - you need to take a look at every process in place and evaluate the people you have working for you - including third party delivery companies. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. More
I love the idea of buying a car online and skipping the dealership. It was fairly easy initially to get the process started. Driveway really need to figure out a better solution in this sense. The vehicle I bought was out of California where they do not issue out of state temp tags. New York my home state does not allow you to drive legally without a plate of some sort. I was told this process could take up to several weeks to complete. I was frustrated at this point but thanks to my assigned Agent Lidia M. The frustrations were smoothed out thanks to her constant push to get the process to move along. When she wasn't available Christina M from customer service got the first major ball rolling getting in touch with the right individuals. Her customer service was topnotch start to finish. While it's typical that driveway handles the DMV stuff I simply couldn't wait that long. Lidia on my behalf push to have the documents overnight to me and was even nice enough to get me documents on the fly while at the DMV. It was a long overall process but it was a bitter sweet ending thanks to the customer service I received. More
I was dealing with these racist, disrespectful and very measurable people. This is very insulting to call me and my wife fraudulent. I had around 10 cars financed , never had any issue. They are gonna waste your time, have very poor communication , answer your questions very late and then at the end saying that you are fraudulent . Guess how is this happened ? He tried to screw me with 16% apr for used car, I didn’t agree and he came back with that xx that I have documentation problem. Such a piece of racist. More

I read a lot of reviews regarding plates, and while I did have issues until I reached these two awesome employees, I received my real plates shortly after my temp tags. No lapse in coverage. Overall a good experience and I would use Driveway in the future. More
