Regular Maintenance and a Couple of Issues Service Advisor Chris was great. Had an issue with side mirror that last visit was told was addressed with programming and now I need an $800 mirror. Okay Experience - would recommend shopping around I purchased a used 2015 Chevy Volt from this dealership. I was originally interacting with Adam and agreed upon a deal and came into the dealership to I purchased a used 2015 Chevy Volt from this dealership. I was originally interacting with Adam and agreed upon a deal and came into the dealership to purchase the vehicle, when I got there Oscar was not available and Adam assisted me. Adam was incredibly kind but had to inform me the business manager had taken the volt and I would need to come back another day. This was a huge bummer as Oscar had advised 30 minutes prior the volt was there and I could still come in to purchase the car. I came back the next day as Adam advised that he would have the car in and we could get a deal done. Adam was pleasant and easy to work with, however when I came for the car the mileage had gone from 79.3k to 81.5k. The business manager had driven the car over 2k miles and I didn’t get any discount. Besides the fact the mileage had increase drastically the oil was so dark and filthy and when we checked hadn’t been changed in over 7k miles, Adam was reluctant but he provided us with one free oil change. Lastly, the car was not cleaned properly. There was a Starbucks cup sitting in the driver side door with what looked like melted tic-tacs and the engine was covered in dust and filth. I had a mediocre experience with this dealership and would advise looking other places to ensure you’re actually getting a good deal. More
