He listened to what my must haves were and worked with me to get into a new truck. I was actually at the dealership because my transmission went out on my 2016 Silverado (118k miles) and i figured I’d see what my options were with a trade-in with purchasing a new truck. We found the right truck that worked for me and within a couple of hours, was able to finalize a purchase of my new Silverado. It’s a couple of days later and i am happy and content with my experience. I feel like Roy came across as a straight forward, honest guy, who actually gave a s*%t about people. Both worked in reviewing my service and was done in 5’. Michael was very friendly as always and offer me to enjoy the new coffee machine while I waited. The service was done in less than 2 hrs and since there is space to work, WiFi etc I took advantage of the venue and actually did some work. Bottom line, 2 hrs just flew by. The new advisor explained to me the findings and walked me to my car. Very Nice guy!!! More
