Excellent cutomer service. My email with the internet manager was answered in a timely manner and contained helpful information. Great salesman but financial dept is questionable The sales rep Micheal was great really helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the wait time was a bit excessive. We came to the dealership with our own loan to speed up the process and still waited over 5 hours to fill out our paperwork. On top of that they asked if they could try to get us a better interest rate on a loan which we said only to 2 to 3 banks is fine and our credit was ran 8 TIMES! not very satisfied they did that as I knew most of the banks they sent our information too would not approve the loan so very unsatisfied with that portion of the process. As well being very pushy about when i would be bringing the check from our bank since we have our own loan through another lender, in which I have 5 days to bring it in. As well the detailing of the car was not up to our expectations my windshield fluids sensor keeps going off and tire pressures sensors have to be fixed as well since no on was in the shop to fix those items along with a few other things that need to be fixed on the car. I will have to make several trips back to Dublin as I am from Stockton which is anywhere from 45 mins to hour and half or more drive there and back depending on traffic. More
