Disappointed. I want to support this dealership because it is near my house but it's challenging. I had an appointment but still had to wait a long time for the service advisor to get off the phone. A person who is actually standing in front of the counter should take priority over a phone call. That's what the Hold botton is for. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I found out after I got home that the tires were NOT ROTATED! The explanation for not rotating the tires was totally bogus. One of the main reasons I came to the dealership instead of going to an oil change shop was to get the tires rotated. Also, a tire valve cap was not replaced. Lack of attention to small details leads me to question the overall quality of the service performed at this dealership. I'm highly disappointed. More
