Friendly, non-aggressive, and easy buying experience. This was our 4th dealership in 24 hrs so we knew instantly that we were in for a better experience as soon as we met our salesperson, Michael. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He allowed the vehicle to sell itself but also answered all of our questions and only offered those products that fit with what we said we wanted. Michael continued in this fashion throughout our transaction and even made sure to be there several hours later to personally hand me my keys. Also, there are no follow email or other, per advisory, he is going to call him back on Monday on reward credit. There are no happen or no call. This is bad if you commit to Customer after service.
