Poor used car inspection I bought a used vehicle from the dealership expecting it would be properly inspected. I was reassured by the manager of the dealership it was. When I got home and opened up the hood of the car I found most metal to be rusted and the metal on the engine is all corroded. I bought the vehicle as is and now I have no recourse. I was taken advantage of. I am completely dissatisfied and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyers beware they do not properly inspect their used cars on the lot!!!!!! More

Traveling across country and a warning indicator occurs! My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to the Bay Area when a warning indicator occured. Based on a google search, we found Dublin Chevrolet and called to make an appointment. The scheduling was not positive. When I called in and requested an appointment for the next day (9/12/2010) and I was told that on the 12th I would have an 8:00am appointment.. When I received the email and text confirmation I found out the appointment was for 9/14/2019 at 8:00am??? My wife called back to reschedule for the 12th, the appointment was made and a text was promised but never delivered although we did receive an email with the correct day and time. The work preformed and the interface with Louis Lanza was fantastic! Probably my best service experience ever. All proposed work was defined and communicated and upon completion all work was preformed and communicated. I would highly recommend Louis and Dublin to anyone requiring a friendly and honest experience. More

New car We went here only to check inventory on a new car. We test drove two and ended up buying one. It was a good experience. It took a long time though; however, this was the first car I’ve bought so not sure if it normally is a long process. The only negative thing is the new car’s gas was on empty. I was already on my way home driving it when I realized it. How annoying to buy a brand new car and hope you don’t run out of gas getting home. Oh well. Should have mentioned it before leaving the lot. More
