With a lot of trust on both of our parts, the Mercedes was driven over 200 miles to deliver and finish mountain of paperwork. The very professional representatives handled everything efficiently. (Sorry can't remember their names.) The car is exactly as described and shown in website photos. Although it has over 40,000 miles it looks like new. More

We brought my wife's new Buick Enclave in to have the steering wheel replaced and Ernie, in typical 5-Star fashion, had the new steering wheel ready, got it swapped out and the car back to us before noon on drop off day. He always treats us like we are the most important customer he has and ALWAYS provides 5-Star service. He's the #1 reason we buy all of our cars from Dublin GMC. More

Tahoe Service Cost to repair rear hatch was over $800 which is too high. On top of spending $1500 for 90k service maintenance. Took too long to service the truck and shuttle service was no longer available. Resulting in Tom having to drive to my home using his personal car to pick me and 3 kids up. It was nice for him to do for sure. So thanks to Tom. but it was a very disorganized experience. We got a 10% discount but we are expecting more. We don’t plan to return the truck for service here again. Repair costs seem way too overinflated. More

Hard to Schedule a Recall Appointment I called to schedule a recall and a service appointment for the same day. The lady I talked to when I called for service on my Corvette said if I wan I called to schedule a recall and a service appointment for the same day. The lady I talked to when I called for service on my Corvette said if I want them both on the same day I would need to get an appointment first from the recall dept. She transferred me and nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody called me back after waiting a couple days. I called back to the same lady 2 more times after that and was transferred to the same recall line with no answer and no return call. Then I called the service line a couple more times, but hit the option for recall directly and still no answer or call back. I then called the General Manager and he had a Service Manager call me within a reasonable time frame to get my recall and service appointment scheduled for the same day. It went smoothly after that. The Corvette technician Chris is excellent and answered some questions for me. More
