Used Car Sale I bought my car when my lease expired. I did not enjoy the process, it was worse than when I first leased the car. I felt like my salesman was trying to make a deal that favored the company not the buyer. I ended up leaving the dealership and getting a much better loan and experience at my credit union. The lease-end process should not take 4 hours. Needs improvement. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Vehicle was in for warranty and non warranty work. Vehicle windshield was damaged while in the possession of the dealership.
