So friendly and very quick to answer my text messages and when we said we would like to make an appt to come see the car, she said we can bring it you!! No pressure, no "get this and get that" experience. Patient, flexible, and most importantly very friendly to work with at all levels from Karina to the Finance Manager to the guys who drove the car to our house with masks ON. Upon exiting the vehicle they wiped it down and just let us take our time. Fantastic experience given it was all virtual until we test drove the car and signed papers! Very pleased! More
