We discovered Dublin Cadillac on line and reached out to their on line sales department about a SUV in their inventory. The response to our inquiry was very quick. Babak reached out to us to talk about the SUV and show us the car via a video call which he jumped through hoops to accommodate our schedule. Ultimately we wanted more features than the SUV he showed us and he was able to find us another one with all the features we wanted within a day. We did the whole deal over the phone and emails back and forth; it was the easiest car buying experience we have ever been through thanks to Babak. They even delivered the new SUV to our house and picked up our trade in. More
