I collected my car and took keys and paperwork from Hugh in the office at around 4pm. I noticed when I got in my car that the driver’s seat was adjusted, as was my radio station - which is fine, I assumed that whoever worked on my car had listened to the radio. However my rear view mirror had been adjusted too. I drove one block, pulled over and checked the mileage. I’d made a note of the mileage at drop off - Hugh had checked it and noted it at 9am. my car had 8miles on the clock. I phoned the service office, but couldn’t get through, so I went back to the office and asked had my car been out for any reason. The nature of the repair didn’t warrant an test drive, I was told. There was no reason why the car would have been out for 8miles. The invoice listed 4206 at drop off and 4207 at collection . So why 4214 miles on my car? I was told It would be reported to Rick - still no call! More

I had the brakes replaced rotors resurfaced, an oil change, tire rotation, and they thru in a complimentary car wash. 3 hrs. was my wait time. Highly satisfied service was my experience. More

An electrifying experience After striking out on a new Chevy Bolt at another dealership, I browsed online for a used one. I discovered the Used Chevy Bolt in the color and the fast charging option I was looking for and immediately called them up. Upon which I was told the vehicle in question was still available and ready for a test drive. I arrived that same day and was ready to purchase. The only add-on the dealer suggested was a service contract and that is it. Other dealerships would tack on numerous other expenses for their own gain, but at Dublin Chevrolet they only added what was felt to be needed by me. Although I didn't end up going with he service agreement, I will contemplate on aquiring one in the future. They were very accommodating to me and were able to hold the vehicle after the purchase until a time I was able to pick it up. Thank you Dublin Chevrolet for a seamless buying experience and I hope to do more business with you in the future. More
Ok experience My experience was ok, I got the car I wanted however the dealership did what they could when I arrived to my scheduled apt however were short staffed. We expressed the timeframe constraints we were in and they did what they could within their control to get us out. When I got in the car and ready to leave I noticed the gas tank was on empty, the sales person apologized but stated they don’t fill up tanks for used cars they sale. I was honestly surprised and disappointed to hear that coming from an Infinity dealership who you expect more. Overall an ok experience, drove an hour and a half, I was an easy sell since I had already done my research and was prequalified a hard of time, took way too long and had to fill up my tank immediately pulling out of the dealership...
