Poor communication and coordination - Left by car at 8:50 AM, till 4:50 PM did not receive any call. I called them and they asked me to come and pick up the car. When I went to the center, to my surprise they said there is no paper work and asked me to come, pick the next day. So had to return back the next day. since I had purchased the service along with the car, I feel I am struck with this center. More

Got 'em! Salesman was a pretty straight forward guy. I had my own financing so he didnt have to bring the shark out from within. I was a little upset that the vehicle was advertised at one price on line but 6k to 7k more OTD. Apparently "that vehicle sold the night before". But, its expected I guess..Dealership experiences, in my opinion, are never going to be a fun experience unless you bring cash to a deal. By that, I mean the full amount. That being said, for someone who brings in a check to buy the vehicle, it shouldnt take 3 1/2 hours to drive away with it. More

Well none of that here with my experience. Worked with Eugene Andreyenko, the Internet Sales Manager, over phone and email while I was at work. Got the price I wanted, financing approval, and then they brought the car to me down in south San Jose where I signed the necessary paperwork upon receiving the keys to my new car.
