I know when I bring it in, my issues will be addressed and that I'll get honest feedback of what my car needs or what can wait until the next visit. Communications is very important to me, and Ander has been there every step of the way! He calls/texts me to keep my updated, or if something else popped up in the inspection that I should know about whether it's severe or not, he let's me know. I know I can easily contact him with a question or to set an appointment, and even when he is not there, he's ready for me! Example: I mentioned to Ander the previous week that I wanted to drop my car off on 7/30 @ 4pm for a long-need sub frame replacement, but he was not at work on 7/30... He let the tech know that I was coming and the tech was prepared for me and I had my car back the next day! Meanwhile, Bobby Victorino took care of me when I arrived, dealt with the paperwork, loaner and handed off the work to the tech. The tech started disassembly on 7/30 in the evening, and installed the unit on 7/31. That's a well-oiled machine of an organization!!! Thank You!!! More

RELIEVED! Louis Lanza and the team at Dublin Chevrolet fixed my Colorado Diesel so I have peace of mind when taking my grandchildren camping next week. Th Louis Lanza and the team at Dublin Chevrolet fixed my Colorado Diesel so I have peace of mind when taking my grandchildren camping next week. The “check engine” light kept coming on and the technician was able to run down the issue and fix it. The tech guy was even able to explain it to me enough that I got the idea what was wrong with the oxygen sensor system. Being a retired teacher, I am not rolling in clover, and was even further delighted to find out that the repair was under warranty and I did not need to raid the meager piggy savings bank to fix the problem. The whole event was a big relief, to say the least, and will go a long way to bring me back to Dublin Chevrolet for service again. More
