Starting the previous time, I started receiving the "preferred" price, which was 2-3 times more what I had been paying throughout the year. After speaking with a service consultant, it sounds like you've changed your software package and now it defaults all services to 'selected'. The maintenance schedule is pretty limited for a Volt at 22.5k miles. How is it that your preferred service costs $596 when it previously cost me ~$120 for a similar service. Now that I know, I will select ONLY the services I want and not blindly trust that you have my best interests at heart. I'm very disappointed that Dublin Chevy maintains this practice, and I cannot recommend you to anyone,. More
